SweetRobo is registered in the state of New York, with our main offices located in Brooklyn. We employ engineers and designers worldwide, and use the highest-quality factories based in China to lower production costs.
At the moment, our machines are priced lower as we work to establish ourselves as a market player and trusted brand. We encourage curious entrepreneurs to get their machines now, as increased demand will inevitably drive up price and production time to fulfill orders.
We accept personal checks, electronic checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, wire transfers, ACH and cash. SweetRobo requires a 50% deposit at the time that the order is placed– the other 50% of payment will be remitted just prior to shipping, after our team provides digital and photographic proof that your order is ready to go.

Yes– the machines we sell in the United States are compatible with the standard, three-pronged outlet. Just plug it in like any other electronic device! Machines sold to other countries can customize their order for any other type of electrical plug.
After you place your order, you can expect delivery of your new machine in about 60 days. SweetRobo personally handles your delivery, from our factory to your front door– you can expect a detailed delivery slip, and SweetRobo will be in touch to notify you about arrival times.
We provide a detailed manual with your new machine to walk you through self-installation, but we offer installation services for a nominal fee if you’d rather we handle it!
Of course! We can provide full CIF shipments to the international destination port or to your front door.
We have a fantastic technical support team that’s available 24/7 for all of your needs, with services available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew (we’ll be adding support services in more languages soon!). We provide tech support through WhatsApp Messenger and video calls, and can even have one of our technicians control your machine remotely to take a look.
We pride ourselves on our comprehensive consulting services to help you kickstart your new business venture. Our consulting team will help you select the right product(s) to suit your needs, provide extensive guidance on starting and expanding your business, and will even help you find the best locations for your new machines!
Our machines include a bill system for accepting USD, and each provides bills in change, too. You’ll have the option to custom order additional payment systems that accept coins, other currencies or a credit device (for a nominal fee).
SweetRobo provides a discounted delivery service for all of our tasty, custom materials. If you don’t order from us, though, you can still use materials from a supplier near you.
We’ve developed an app that– for a monthly fee of $30– can be managed right from your mobile device! This app will clue you in on your machine’s sales analytics, inventory tracking and any technical issues that could arise. For an additional fee, you can install a camera on each machine to aid in its security; the camera feed can be viewed right from the app, as well.
SweetRobo has several U.S.-based warehouses that keep a well-stocked inventory of the most common spare parts, ensuring we can replace it as quickly as possible!
SweetRobo provides a 1-year total warranty on your new machine, ensuring free replacement if an issue arises that our talented technicians can’t fix! After the first year, we offer a monthly insurance plan for our customers to protect their machines.
